Hello Heart Partners! I hope you are all doing well, traveling your Lenten Journey, as you practice focusing in on the season and HIS deep love for each of us! I just experienced an amazing teaching this past Sunday, which I will share at the end for your own listening, praying and discerning what our FATHER is speaking so deeply and richly to you for HEALING, RESTORATION, and HIS next steps on your personal path! The most spectacular character trait of our FATHER is that even when we feel like giving up, HE is right here bringing HOPE, TEACHING, and HEALING! If you have never heard this life-giving song, take a listen at the end…I have it on REPEAT!

As you so know…Our SOVEREIGN FATHER has made much provision for us to CLOSE the DOOR on the DEVIL…lets take a look…James 4:7 CEPHER “Submit yourselves therefore to Elohiym, Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.” Okay…so submit to your FATHER’s leading, and shut the door on the devil…CAN I THOUGH? What does this look like in my daily? Well, here’s a great funny to help you connect…a couple of days ago, I was headed to a new (to me) women’s group…and well, let’s just say it’s taking all I can to muster the interest to go…but I am committed to experience YAHUSHA everywhere, and wait for HIS opening or closing of doors! So, onward I drive, which is simply gorgeous countryside to enjoy, when all of a sudden my lovely drink in my well loved water bottle poured all down the front of my (light pink) sweatshirt. OH MAN…now look at me…I already hedge at going and now covered in Diet Dr. Pepper! I hope you are belly laughing here…. So I could turn around and forget this next step, or I could SHUT THE DOOR on the devil! I actually had the song playing….so I did HIS NEXT RIGHT THING…I remapped and went to Wal-Mart…as I just knew a clean sweatshirt was MUCH NEEDED! Yep, you got it…spun in and came out with yet another darker pink zip-up! Can you BELEIVE this? Had to remap again as this is all new territory of me…but made it only 10 minutes late! As I parked I praised YAHUAH and said…NOT TODAY DEVIL! I know you are wondering…was this all worth it? Well, for me YES! It’s not about the group or how that goes…It’s all about not letting these ridiculous moments STOP me from participating in life…my NEW LIFE! In this great moment, I realize…DK you are not in control, but you can SLAM the door on negativity, reactivity, and most importantly realize the triggers that attempt to defeat me, and HIS NEW PURPOSES! So…what’s next you might be wondering?

Let’s take a look at Ephesians 4:25-27 in the AMPLIFIED…”Therefore, rejecting all falsehood [whether lying, defrauding, telling half-truths, spreading rumors, any such as these] SPEAK TRUTH EACH ONE WITH HIS NEIGHBOR, for we are all parts of one another [and we are all parts of the body of Christ] (Zech. 8:16) BE ANGRY [at sin, at immorality, at injustice, at ungodly behavior], YET DO NOT SIN; do not let your anger [cause you shame, nor allow it to] last until the sun goes down. (Psalm 4:4) And do not give the devil an OPPORTUNITY {shut the door—my add-on} [to lead you into sin by holding a grudge, or nurturing anger, or harboring resentment, or cultivating bitterness]. For me…this passage says all…GIVE NO OPPORTUNITY to be derailed by the devil…SHUT THE DOOR on any engagement he may attempt to have with you! As I hear my precious sister remind me…”LIVE FOR YAHUAH TODAY…NO REGRETS TOMORROW!”

I jump in my Jeep…praising our FATHER…and opening my heart, eyes, and mind to SEE HIM on my way home…and there they are…NEW LIFE (baby calves)

My WILD TURKEY friends…gazing at destruction of their land…people call “progress” I stop and PAUSE and ask YAHUAH to continue to provide refuge and safety for our wildlife! I KNOW HE WILL!

Sooo my dear heart partners…I leave with you HIS WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT…Joshua 1:9 CEPHER “Have not I commanded you? Be strong and of a good courage, be not afraid, neither be dismayed: for YAHUAH ELOHAYKA/ELOHYIM is with you whithersovever you go.” Let’s ask together with open hands, and hearts where we need to re-examine and CLOSE doors to the devil! I am asking for each of you now! I TRUST HE will answer and show us HIS ways!
