Hello Heart Partners!! I trust you all are well into FALL now, and are enjoying the change of seasons in your neck of the woods ! I am on a bit of a healing journey, and have been struck by YAHUSHA’S words in John 5:5-9 while he was at the “Pool of Bethesda,” or in Hebrew Beth Hesda which means House and Mercy or Grace! As I entered this healing season from a broken arm and three fractures in my Tibia, I have heard these scriptures and words of YAHUSHA over and over again … “ And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years. When YAHUSHA saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he said unto him: Will you be made whole? The impotent man answered him: Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steps down before me. YAHUSHA said unto him: Rise, take up your bed, and walk. And immediately the man was made WHOLE, and took up his bed, and walked, and on the same day was the SABBATH!”

I have sat and meditated on HIS words for 5 weeks now…partially because I have to stay off of the leg, but also I want to be made WHOLE! I desire HIS SHALOM, and to understand YAHUSHA’S heart for us when we are sick or have injuries! Of course I know He is my healer, JEHOVAH RAPHA…HE is YOURS too!
I sit and scour HIS words…And am led to Exodus 15:26 “He said, (Moses speaking) If you diligently listen to the voice of ADONAI your GOD, do what is right in HIS eyes, pay attention to HIS mitzvot, and keep all HIS decrees, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the EGYPTIANS. For I am ADONAI who heals you. WOW…I hold my heart and thank HIM for his grace and mercy to each of us who are in need! Then I place each person I know in need of healing before HIM…including asking for my bones to be healed and sealed! You see…whether your illness came upon you, or caught from another, or like me an injury caused from another…it is important to keep chatting with YAHUAH and reading HIS word so we don’t get caught in self pity, or unforgiveness! HE will answer our questions in HIS time, and HIS way! I heard a great quote today…”Prayer isn’t always getting what we want, but more about gaining strength from what we get.” I see the truth in that throughout my life, and I am grateful for HIS possibles in our “impossibles!”
No matter what is happening for us and our bodies, we can turn to YAHUAH and ask Him to search us and reveal if there is anything we need to repent of, or rectify! I meditate on Psalm 139:23-24 “Search me, O El, and know my heart: try me and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” I repent, and choose to shine HIS light through my own darkness…and am here if I can help you too!
In my situation, I stop and forgive the man whose dogs jumped out of the truck and charged us on our walk…I trust YAHUAH for his life and ask for his salvation! My heart is immediately comforted…although my bones still must heal, I rest in the knowledge that I am staying close to our Father’s heart and choose to forgive! I don’t know what you are going through in this season…but one thing I know for sure is that YAHUAH takes us through our processes, (HE NEVER LEAVES US) and even if they hurt physically or emotionally we can choose to grow and transform closer and closer to HIS design!
DO YOU WANT TO BE WELL? I sure do!! I am grateful for my journey, and I still have a ways to go, but as we enter this season of focused gratitude…I thank our Father for each of you, and ask Him to be with you and lead you into HIS WAYS! BE ENCOURAGED!
Sending so much love!
SHALOM,
DanaKae
