Hello Heart Partners…I hope you are all well, and LOVING ALL YOU ARE CALLED to do in this season! I cannot say I LOVE it everyday…but mostly I do as I know my attitude is important to OUR FATHER!!! So, LOSSES and GAINS…YAHUAH has been speaking to me as I have questioned my LOSSES…and until this week I had never understood the GAINS! Are you a heart that has gone through LOSSES of sorts and struggle to make sense?? Well, let’s journey together and see YAHUAH in it ALL!
My sister and I have been chatting a lot about LOSSES…and in fact she is currently in the middle of one as her BELOVED DOBERMAN, Django (which means GRACIOUSNESS of GOD) is passing…This is a tough one as DJANGO is her boy!! For all of you who have a cherished pet, you for sure understand this heart pain! As we prayed and prayed for him to heal, it became more obvious that he is headed home!! We do believe with all our hearts that our precious animals will be restored to us again one day! Even her PRECIOUS GRANDDAUGHTER reminded her, “Django will be back, because heaven is coming to earth along with the Father!” Another GAIN for my Sis! We serve YAHUAH who is PURE LOVE so how could that not be??? Psalm 145:18-19 Cepher “YAHUAH is nigh unto all them that call upon HIM, to all that call upon HIM in truth. HE will fulfill the desire of them that fear HIM: He also will hear their CRY, and will save them!” YAHUAH assures us in Isaiah 11:6-8 that animals will dwell in the eternal kingdom…”The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together, and a little child shall lead them. “And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw Iike the ox.” I trust that YAHUAH LOVES us and cares for our hearts so much that HE will meet our heart’s cries not only seeing our loved ones that have gone before us, but also animals/pets we have poured life into and loved! Here is handsome and loyal Django!!! YOU ARE SUPER LOVED!
As we have been processing LOSSES, the RUACH HAKODESH reminded my heart that although those left behind feel a loss or a void, OUR LOSSES are HIS GAINS! Now for some of you that might not be an “AH-HA,” but for me…I really began processing more and more losses and thinking how HE has GAINED or CREATED GAIN for my own life! I was reading HIS word realizing that this is a BIG PART of HIS GOODNESS! Sometimes things or people have to move out of our lives for us to truly KNOW YAHUSHA as our GAIN!! Philippians 3:7-8 CEPHER “But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for MASHIACH. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of MASHIACH YAHUSHA my ADONAI: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win MASHIACH!” WOW!!! I began journaling all the things/people/pets I have considered a LOSS…and in very short order I realized the GAINS for YAHUAH and for me as I have been drawn SO MUCH closer to YAHUSHA!! OKAY now…I figured I had better PRAY and continue journaling to see WHERE YAHUAH was going to take my heart!!!
One area of my life that I counted a LOSS was missing the children and families that I had grown so close too…so as I reflected, journaled and looked at what HE has done…I celebrated as one thing I know for sure is…as we pour life into another in the name of YAHUSHA…nothing is a LOSS…YAHUAH continues to work in their lives and the lives of their parents!!! So, now I am having the PRIVILEGE of helping new families in NEW ways…sometimes we cannot SEE how it will transform…but when we SUBMIT to YAHUAH…we will watch doors OPEN on HIS TERMS!!! This past week I was so blessed through a young child with special needs…although I did not have the in person experience my daughter did!!! And she shares YAHUAH’S gifts and passes on the results…. The children were supposed to make a gift with clay for their Moms for Valentine’s Day…and this child decided to make…a tea cup with sugar cubes!
The young child shared that she was making a Tea Cup with sugar cubes so her Mom will remember her at Church…My Daughter said, “Oh I thought those were pieces of bread for communion”…the child said, “No, they’re sugar cubes because Jesus is so sweet, and the bread is too dry!” (Oh the sweetness of our special cherubs). WOW!! Again an amazing process with HEART and DEEP THOUGHT! My heart was flooded with GRATITUDE, as although I may perceive not being with children as a LOSS…instead as I have drawn near to YAHUSHA…He has shown me the depth and breadth of GIFTS that my daughter now gets to access and use daily…and BLESS me as a MOM! LOSS or GAIN?…I absolutely SEE this as a GAIN!!!
Here’s another tremendous GAIN…that from outward appearances seems simple…As you know I have a JEEP now, YES…letting go of my little Miata was a LOSS of sorts, but YAHUAH had a NEW PLAN…well not too long after I bought it I found a little rubber duck on my door handle when I had come out of a store…Interestingly, I was having a really tough day…when all of a sudden a bright and cheery duck was waiting for me…OK…again many know this but I did not…DUCKING is a JEEP THING!!! You can read all about the woman who started it, Allison Parliament, (officialduckduckjeep.com) as it was birthed out of mistreatment and adversity! She has now passed away, but JEEP DUCKING continues on…HIS GAIN! There is an amazing story behind it and it all started to SPREAD KINDNESS! This week as I was processing LOSSES…I came out of a store and there it was a Unicorn DUCK waiting for me!!! That Unicorn Duck reminded me that, “With men this is IMPOSSIBLE, but with YAHUAH ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!” Matthew 19:26. So incredibly GRATEFUL!
I believe it’s another way that YAHUAH shows HIS HEART for me….GAINS!!!
Today, I pray as YOU process LOSSES…that YAHUAH will so lovingly show you HIS GAINS!!! Remember YOU ARE SUPER LOVED…YAHUAH LOVES YOU THE MOST!!!
