Hello Heart Partners! Can you believe our SUMMER is coming to an end? I truly cannot believe that August is almost over! As I have been having the MOST amazing Summer ever, I am gearing up for FALL or AUTUMN with a NEW invigorated heart and spirit! One might ask…if I got to travel, or do something absolutely spectacular? Well, for my heart and life I had the FIRST and BEST summer EVER, with my adult daughter! We have never had a whole SUMMER together just to do US! We traveled a bit, LAUGHED A LOT, exercised together in our home gym (the “sauna” garage), shared amazing moments beyond comprehension, shopped, raised an orphaned kitten, learned how to use our bread maker and have enjoyed, and turned our pups into PARK ADVENTURERS! I am sure there is so much more, but those are my highlights that have GROWN my heart immensely! During our workouts, we have listened to LIFE-GIVING podcasts, sermons, and worship that is transforming our minds, and helping us reshape attitudes and behaviors! Do I have you INTRIGUED about the TITLE yet? Well, I have been lingering at the table, digging more deeply into HIS WORD, and discovering just what our Father means by eating his word and digesting it! ARE YOU HUNGRY?

Come, Join me at the table…Jeremiah 15:16 Tree of Life “Your words were found, so I ate them. Your words were a delight to me and the joy of my heart. For I am called by Your Name, Adonai-Elohei-Tzva’ot.” (Lord of Hosts, or Lord God of Armies) Can you sense it right here…HIS word will bring wholeness, delight, peace, and JOY…? HE IS FIGHTING FOR US! The word of YAHUAH paints a distinct picture of how when we “eat and digest HIS word” we will GAIN HIS INNER STRENGTH, far more than our natural nourishment from food! Take a look at Ezekiel 2:8-3:3 TLV “Now you, son of man, hear what I say to you: do not be rebellious like that rebellious house. Open your mouth, and eat what I am giving to you. I looked, and behold, a hand was stretched out to me, holding a written scroll. He spread it out before me. It was written on front and back. Written on it were lamentations, dirges, and woes. 3:1-3 “Then He said to me, “Son of man eat what you find——eat this scroll. then go, speak to the house of Israel. So I opened my mouth, and He gave me that scroll to eat, as He said to me, “Son of man, feed your belly with this scroll that I am giving you and fill your stomach with it.” I ate it and it tasted sweet as honey.” WOW!!! I so wish I could have witnessed Ezekiel at that time! How about John in Revelation 10:9-10 “So I went to the angel, telling him to give me the little scroll. And he tells me, “Take and eat it. It will be bitter to your stomach, but sweet as honey in your mouth.” So I took the little scroll from the angel’s hand and ate it. It was sweet as honey in my mouth; but when I had swallowed it, my stomach was made bitter.” OKAY…let’s check out why it becomes bitter…any guesses? I think initially I knew, but then asked for discernment to better understand as you read the context around all that is said! You see, we can’t just enjoy the “SWEETNESS” of YAHUAH’s word, as we need to digest it fully and in complete truth so we are able to help ourselves, and others understand and learn what HE is instructing us to do! Our Father gives us the ability to discern, and then wrap HIS truth in grace and love so more and more people will come into full relationship with HIM!!! OH THE EXCITEMENT THAT IS RISING IN ME!!! Let’s eat some more…..

YAHUSHA /JESUS says it all…Luke 4:4 CEPHER “And Yahusha answered him, saying; it is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of Elohiym.” In today’s world most of us try to eat healthier, exercise and get good rest, but truly is that enough? Our Father says NO! We need spiritual TRUTH to THRIVE, and become ALL HE HAS CREATED US TO BE! Don’t get me wrong I enjoy so many wonderful foods HE has created for us, and exercise, but have learned at my “vintage” that physical food, activity, and spiritual food go hand in hand to create HIS SHALOM in our bodies, minds, spirits, and lives! We can make an amazing meal to meet our body’s current needs, such as extra protein, or fiber, or set up a complete workout program, but how do we do that with HIS word? AH-HA great question…

YAHUAH’S word is kind of like a BUFFET, but to study and to get the most NUTRIENTS out of it we must always read complete context and not pick and choose verses to meet our desires, or wants. One will see HE has provided the perfect roadmap to TRUTH and TRUST for every detail of your life if you eat, integrate, and truly digest HIS WORDS! Let’s practice…I am currently on a healing journey for myself and others…mine has become quite specific as I have a problem with my voice, which also impacts my breathing…so I search…and I dwell and meditate on HIS word….I first turn my focus to JEHOVAH RAPHA my healer, my great physician…I realize immediately that HE is the giver of life, breath, and voice… I begin with Psalm 103:2-3 TLV “Bless Adonai, O my soul, and forget not all HIS benefits: He forgives all your iniquity. He heals ALL YOUR DISEASES.” Yes, my heart partners… ALL! Okay onward…Proverbs 4:20-22 TLV “My son, pay attention to my words—-incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart. For they are LIFE to those who find them and HEALTH to their body.” (Emphasis mine) SO, what do you think…are your PHYSICAL issues HIS concern??? ABSOLUTELY! He cares and will guide us to the path HE has! I search HIS word and HE reveals in scripture after scripture that my voice is important to HIM…so I submit it all unto HIM, including my throat and breathing….HE SPEAKS! Psalm 150:6 Amplified “Let everything that has breath and every breath of life praise the LORD! Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!)” This passage says it ALL to me…if I still have breath…I must PRAISE YAHUAH! I breathe in “YAH” and hold it…then out “WEH!” I hear HIS name in every breath! And I pause…I hold my heart and KNOW, HE IS MY ALPHA AND OMEGA…my beginning and my end! He’s GOT ME! I continue to hold my heart, and lift everyone I know and don’t know… those who are struggling with any and all things! HE IS LISTENING! And most importantly HE HAS A PLAN and will never let go of me/us! CAN YOU FEEL HIM NOW? HE IS HERE!

Let’s travel back in time to Exodus 3:7-8 Adonai is speaking to Moses…7”Adonai said, “I have seen how my people are being oppressed in Egypt and heard their cry for release from their slavemasters, because I know their pain. I have come down to rescue them from the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that country to a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey, the place of the Kena’ani, Hitti, Emori, P’rizi, Hivi and Y’vusi. Jump to vs. 13 Moshe (Moses) said to God, “Look, when I appear before the people of Isra’el and say to them, The God of your ancestors has sent me to you’; and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ What am I to tell them?” God said to Moshe/Moses, “Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh [I am/will be what I am/will be],” and added, “Here is what to say to the people of Isra’el: ‘Ehyeh [I Am or I Will Be] has sent me to you.” I HEAR HIM…Do YOU? In this trial of whatever it is all about…(Please teach me, Father) HE IS SAYING, I AM, and I WILL BE what and who you need! A deep exhale is released and my heart steadies…Now I give every one and every thing over to our FAITHFUL FATHER once again…KNOWING and TRUSTING HE IS…and HE WILL BE!

Please, COME TO THE TABLE…Maybe a sweet, little Lovee will join you too!

I hope and pray that you will be inspired to eat and digest more and more of HIS WORD, and WHO HE is for you, in every detail of your life!!! YOU are so DEEPLY LOVED by our FATHER…and me too!

Of course you all know how grateful I am for the wildlife in my backyard!!! When I saw this pic I asked my daughter to add a symbol to accentuate this passage of scripture! We all know that there is not any scripture that states the animals can read human language…but Job 12:7-10 helps us understand that animals instinctively recognize YAHUAH as their MAKER and PROVIDER. Job 12:7-10 Tree of Life Version “But now ask the animals and they will teach you, or the birds of the sky and they will tell you, or speak to the earth and it will teach you, or the fish of the sea and they will inform you. Which of these does not know that the hand of ADONAI has done this? In His hand is the life of every creature, and the breath of all the human race.”
